Married in Vermont, Sepi & Jeremiah, Basin Harbor Club, Vergennes, Vermont

Another fabulous wedding day! This time for Sepi & Jeremiah at the Basin Harbor Club located on beautiful Lake Champlain. This was a particularly fun wedding not only because the wedding party was super sweet and extra funny, but because it included some wedding traditions that I had not experienced before! Namely the Persian Knife Dance. Right before the cake cutting the cake knife is taken by a female guest and held for ransom. While the couple or a family member offers money for the knife, the dancers play coy and the knife is passed around. After some time the knife is returned to the couple. It was really fun to see and the Persian music was just fabulous! Congratulations Sepi & Jeremiah. 🙂 Thank you for choosing me to document your wonderful day! Enjoy some of my favorites below. ~Kathleen

Sepi & JEremiah chose to do a First Look before their ceremony so they could do wedding party and family portraits. This freed up a lot of their time after the ceremony so they could get right to the celebration!

All of the toasts were top notch! Very touching and meaningful to the couple.

The Knife Dance! So fun. 🙂

Congratulations Sepi & Jeremiah!! It was such a pleasure to work with you, your family and your friends.
