Similar to the woman in my Zumba class who danced well into her 7th or 8th month of pregnancy, Kate puts me to shame. She was an avid runner before finding out she was expecting and barely broke stride after the doctor gave the o.k. to continue running through her pregnancy. 🙂 Perhaps her pace is a little slower than before, but in the past 8+ months she has completed several races and ran more miles in a single week than I might run in a year. 🙂 She just amazes me! And looks fabulous. There is definitely much to be said for keeping active at whatever level you can during pregnancy.
Now her due date is closing in and we are ALL anticipating the arrival of their sweet baby girl. No doubt she will be back out on the trails as soon as she can with baby in tow! 🙂 Check back later this week for other images from Kate’s belly session.
