Each summer we pick whatever fresh fruit is available in Vermont from the blackberries and grapes in our woods to the strawberries, blueberries, and apples available at the orchards and fields around us.
And each winter I love getting to enjoy those summer fruits in a delicious smoothie!
1 frozen banana, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, scoop of plain yogurt, 1/2 cup apple juice, blend and top with whipped cream. 🙂
Most measurements are just guesses as I usually just add things in on a whim.
